Proposed overage charges: €2 per mail item and €0.40 per page. Legal work, accounting and certified translations are excluded from subscriptions. No bulky parcels or valuables.

Lusévia does not provide accounting services. Keep your firm or request an introduction to an accountant, with French-speaking partners available. Their scope and fees are agreed separately.

A response within one business day.
At launch, we propose an initial human response within one business day and a completeness check within two business days of receiving documents. These proposed commitments and any compensation for delay will be specified before services open. Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays.

Is Lusévia a law firm?
Lusévia is an administrative coordination project. Legal advice, review of legal documents and reserved activities are entrusted to a qualified professional under a defined engagement. Partner roles and arrangements will be confirmed before commitment.
Does the price include registry fees?
For a company procedure, the total quotation will specify the coordination, professional fees and official charges included, as well as any exclusions. No total price has been fixed yet. Registered office subscriptions do not include legal procedures.
Can you open and scan my mail?
Yes, with written authorisation. Mail includes 20 mail items and 50 scanned pages per month; overage charges are listed in the plans. International forwarding of originals is available on a quotation approved before dispatch.
Do I need a subscription to set up my company?
Formalities are one-off services with no mandatory subscription. Domiciliation is optional. Your accountant has a separate engagement and fees.
Can I send my documents yet?
This website presents our upcoming services. Orders and document submissions are not open yet.
Can I combine several changes?
Yes. Include all changes in one enquiry. The professional checks how they fit together, the documents needed and applicable fees. A combined quotation is prepared; fees are not assumed to add up automatically.
Can I manage this from abroad?
We prepare the process remotely. The professional confirms identification, signing, power of attorney and translation requirements for your case. A fully remote process cannot be guaranteed in every situation.
Should RCBE be reviewed after a change?
Depending on which information changes, the beneficial ownership declaration may need updating. We include this check in the initial review; the professional confirms the obligation and applicable deadline.
Who reviews the documents and filing?
Lusévia coordinates the file. A qualified lawyer, solicitador or notary handles acts and procedures within their professional competence, under the agreed scope.
